New Year 7 Students 2023/2024

We are very much looking forward to meeting your child and welcoming them in to our school community.

The Move Up Day for children transitioning to Manor Drive Secondary Academy in September 2023 will take place on Wednesday 5 July from 9am until 3pm.  Students will experience some subject taster sessions, a school tour and have their fingerprint scanned for use of our cashless catering and library systems.  They will discover which house they will be in and meet their Form Tutor.  The day will help them build new relationships with other students and prepare them for their first day at secondary school in September.

During May, you will have been sent out your Admissions Booklet.  Please complete and return this to us as soon as possible to ensure we have the correct contact details going forward.

We are in the process of speaking with Primary Schools across the city to find out more about your child and any needs they may have.  Depending on your child's needs their may be further transition events arranged prior to the end of the summer term.
