Reporting to: PA to the Headteacher / Office Manager 

Hours per week: 36 hours 45 minute per week 

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am-4pm Wednesday 8am-4.15pm Friday 8am-3pm 

Lunch: 30 minutes unpaid 

Grade: Grade 5 Point 5 

Actual Salary: £21,625 per year 

Working pattern: Term Time plus 10 days. These will include 5 staff training days.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding front of house administrator, acting as first point of contact for parents, students and visitors. The role is very busy and fast paced. Strong personal qualities such as confidence, integrity and presence are sought in addition to good ICT skills. Consistent and effective communication is required together with the ability to use own initiative. Successful candidates will have a professional demeanour and excellent personal presentation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and motivated team and to be part of the Manor Drive Secondary Academy as it grows. There will be a requirement to be flexible with a willingness to do what is required to support the Manor Drive team.

As the Academy approaches the introduction of our Key Stage Four curriculum, we are recruiting for a Careers Advisor and Work Experience Co-Ordinator. We are looking to appoint a knowledgeable, creative, proactive and enthusiastic person to support our students.

It is desirable that candidates have appropriate training, qualifications and experience, however, training will be provided for the successful applicant.

The post entails supervising lessons when teachers are absent and assisting with the development of learning resources for such lessons. The role is busy and varied, you will work across many subject areas.
