    We are looking to appoint a caring, creative, proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support high quality teaching and raise attainment for students across various subject areas.

    It is desirable that candidates have appropriate training, qualifications and experience, however, training will be provided for the successful applicant. The salary includes a personal care allowance.

The role is extremely varied and the ability to prioritise and organise events is essential. Attention to detail is essential for this role. great team player to join our busy and committed team. 

    Strong personal qualities such as confidence, integrity and presence are sought in addition to good ICT skills. Consistent and effect communication are required together with the ability to use your own initiative. As the role evolves there is a requirement to be flexible and willing to help the Manor Drive team where necessary. The role will include assisting on our Main Reception.

The successful candidate would be the first point of call for students and staff requiring first aid in the school and undertake record keeping and other administrative tasks including reprographics. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with working in both administration and student facing elements of school life. Strong personal qualities such as confidence, integrity and presence are sought in addition to good ICT skills. Consistent and effect communication are required together with the ability to use your own initiative. There will be a requirement to speak with parents / carers over the telephone and via email. Flexibility and a willingness to do what is required to support the Manor Drive team would be essential qualities. Full training will be given.
