Illustrator Emily Bowers

Last Friday, students at MDSA enjoyed a fantastic creative workshop with illustrator Emily Bowers.
The session encouraged students to explore mark-making, drawing to scale, and memory drawing while thinking about the connection between art, nature, and wellbeing. Students discussed thought-provoking questions such as:
How can creativity in public spaces affect people?
What aspects of nature inspire you?
How do green spaces make us feel?
The artwork and ideas created during the session will help inspire a brand-new outdoor artwork in Eye village. Thank you to Emily for leading such an engaging and inspiring workshop!
