A huge well done to Pola in Year 7, who has completed additional History work at home on King John, a topic we have been studying as part of our ‘Power and the Monarchs’ unit.

In this topic, students explore how the power of monarchs changed during the Medieval period and the events that shaped the relationship between rulers and their subjects.

Pola demonstrated excellent historical understanding, independent learning, and a real enthusiasm for the subject.

We are always delighted to see students extending their learning beyond the classroom, and Pola’s effort is a fantastic example of this.
