Mental Health Awareness Week

11th - 15th May is Mental Health Awareness Week, with this year's them focused on ACTION.
At MDSA, we are encouraging students to take positive action for their wellbeing and to support one another. From Tuesday to Thursday, a range of lunchtime activities will be taking place in the Library, including colouring, reading, poetry, origami, and emotion-focused games.
These activities are designed to provide a calm, supportive space for students to connect, relax, and look after their mental wellbeing. We look forward to seeing lots of students getting involved! ![]()
