Matt completed his degree in 2012, his QTS & PGCE in 2013, and began teaching and invigilating as part of Just Teachers and Mana Teachers teaching agencies in and around Peterborough. In 2015 Matt joined The Voyager Academy and took lead of Creative iMedia and Public Services, as well as becoming a staff Governor. Matt departed The Voyager Academy in 2017 where he went on to start up and head Computing at Stamford Endowed Schools. During Matt’s time at Stamford, he was an assistant head of badminton, a member of the IT Digital Strategy board, a member of the East Midlands Computing group, and a junior representative of The Joint Consultative Committee.

Matt is extraordinarily passionate about Computing and Technology, and believes that Computing is an educational must in the 21st century and beyond. Matt delivers Computing through gamification principles and the ideology of consistency, coherency, challenge, and competition.
